Orlando Live Events will expand its list of entertainment opportunities for businesses and residents in the Central Florida Area at its 71,000-square-foot, 13-acre facility in Fern Park.
Formerly Orlando Jai-Alai, the company is marketing its facility as a venue for private events, gaming, concerts, carnivals, conventions, expos and other entertainment it hopes to bring to Central Florida.
“At Orlando Live Events, we make it easy for events to be created and customized in ways that will fit even the greatest of expectations by offering large, flexible indoor and outdoor space and over 54 years of expertise serving this community,” Orlando Live Events General Manager David Catina said in a press release. “We are proud to provide an affordable, local alternative for entertainment and a one-stop-shop for hosting everything from small gatherings to huge affairs.”
The venue, located on U.S. Highway 17-92 south of Semoran Boulevard, includes three floors with indoor and outdoor space. The facility also has a 36,000-square-foot auditorium, a 9,720-square-foot court floor, a mezzanine, a lobby and front and back parking.
Orlando Live Events is owned by an affiliated party of RD Management, one of the largest privately held real-estate development and management organizations in the U.S.
