ST. PETERSBURG ARTS ALLIANCE: Recreational Water Quality Results Updated

The weekly Recreational Water sampling and testing has been completed by the Environmental Compliance Division of St. Petersburg Water Resources Department on the near-shore waters along Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.


St. Petersburg Arts Alliance recently issued the following announcement.

 The weekly Recreational Water sampling and testing has been completed by the Environmental Compliance Division of St. Petersburg Water Resources Department on the near-shore waters along Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

Listed below are the results and Water Quality Category according to the Healthy Beaches Program for the Beaches and Lassing Park for the April 11, 2018 sampling event.

Maximo Beach 12 Good

Northshore Beach 68 Moderate

Treasure Island Beach 12 Good

Lassing Park 32 Good

All of these samples are taken and testing is being done in accordance with the water testing protocols outlined in the City’s Water Quality Report Card.
