Florida Technical College enrolls 3,989 undergrads


At Florida Technical College, 63 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 69 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private for-profit institution in Orlando enrolled 3,989 students in fall 2017, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 26 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

100 percent of undergraduates are residents of Florida.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Hispanic or Latino (56 percent) and Black or African American (22 percent).
