Florida International University, Florida Gulf Coast University and The University of West Florida top the list of highest grossing women's college swimming and diving programs in Florida in 2016, according to a Higher Education Tribune analysis of the latest federal data from the U.S. Department of Education Office of Postsecondary Education.
